Many staff and student alums gave us a heads-up on this (thank you all who saw it and contributed), including Lauren Steinberg Levy (1983) who says “Congratulations, Diana!”

THANK YOU: To those on the list at the following URL (web address), for their recent support and continued support over the past 6.5 years: http://www.pearyhs.org/sponsors.htm - If you are NOT on this list, please visit: https://id267.securedata.net/pearyhs/donation.htm ... and thanks in advance for your consideration!

REUNIONS: A reminder to be sure that your contact info is up-to-date, especially if you’re scheduled for an event this year.  Use the “Sign-up/Update” link from the menu on MSO and complete the online form so you won’t miss out on receiving your invitation in the mail!  Also be sure to check your class’s “Missing Persons” list to lend the committees a hand in tracking people down.  Details on reunions, plus other timely info, are always posted in the class information areas and updated between newsletter issues, so visit the website occasionally for the latest info.

MILITARY CARE PACKAGES - UPDATE: “Skip” FitzGerald (1976) and Karen Wilson FitzGerald (1981) have been sending “care packages” to those who are currently overseas serving our nation.... now, this is no longer limited to “next-generation” children or relatives, but includes all of our own-generation alumni service people serving with the armed forces - please contact Skip and Karen at fitzskjr@msn.com for the details.  Thanks Skip and Karen, for extending this generous offer!

VEGAS: Great to meet-up with Andy Fasiska (1976) recently here in Las Vegas.  Andy and I were safety patrols at Wheaton Woods, and he wanted to let EVERYONE know that he made “Patrol-of-the-Month” one of those years in 5th or 6th grade about 35 years ago, just for the record.  To Kevin Brooks (1976), who “won” a trip to Hawaii as a reward for his sales & support work with Xerox: you lucky dog.

JOHN PHILBIN (1975): Formerly working as trainer to the Vargas “camp,” is now working with the Lennox Lewis camp in NY.

P.S. If you wish to reply or comment, please don’t quote this entire newsletter back to us... it’ll take longer to weed-through and process - create a new e-mail to blau@viawest.net, and always include your grad year in the correspondence.  If you have changes to your e-mail address or other contact information, please use the main menu links at www.pearyhs.org - thanks!  Please try to remember to keep us posted of e-mail updates - we have to process/follow-up on 80-100 “bounces” each month that takes a long time to get through!  This includes accounts that have severe inbox/quota limitations and are filled-up.
