INTRODUCTION Greetings
Huskies, Happy
Memorial Day Weekend to everyone.
We hope you’ll reflect on what this “holiday” is all about,
and remember all of those who have sacrificed their lives so that we’re
able to have the BBQ’s (and have burgers and hot dogs anytime, anyway),
and free to do and enjoy the many activities that others in other places
don’t even experience. 1985
ALUMNA:
Did you catch Peary’s own Dr. Lisa Ginn on the Oprah Winfrey show
Monday May 19th? We caught it, so will scan a frame or two from the video and
post it on the MSO website soon. “Looking
good,” Lisa! Thanks to
Kimberly Bussie Levin (1985) for letting MSO know and for taking the
initiative to let all Class of 1985 alums know about it beforehand so they
could watch! RACE-FOR-THE-CURE:
Visit the MSO website and click on the link to sponsor Beth
Leimbach Swanson (1966), a cancer survivor, and others on the “BBS”
(Bosom Buddies) team for the race/walk in DC on June 7th. REUNIONS:
Reunion “season” is upon us - Here is the latest information on this
year’s scheduled class reunions and events. A reminder to be sure that
your contact info is up-to-date. Use

form if you have moved, or you’re not going to receive your invitation
in tha mail! Details and
updated on reunions info, are always posted in the class information areas
and updated between newsletter issues, so visit the website occasionally
for the latest info. Classes

Birthday Celebration at Seacrets in Ocean City, August 16th.
Alumni from ALL CLASSES invited, too! COLORADO/WESTERN
CRAB FEAST: See Ron Bostwick’s submission in this newsletter for
the current details - this is always a successful event in Colorado (this
is the third Peary “Rocky Mountain” event), and there are a lot of
alums in the state (and surrounding states) that attend!
ALL ALUMS are invited, as usual!
Mark the date, September 13th - in Boulder. SUDS
& SUN 2003:
Mark the date for this annual event... September 27th at
Seacrets in Ocean City, 3pm till ? - Hundreds attended last year, and as
always, it is open to ALL ALUMNI. The
Class of 1971 beat out 1968 last year by one person with the most

YOU:
To those on our “sponsor” page for their donations and continued
support over the past 6.5 years: http://www.pearyhs.org/sponsors.htm. To
donate to this project and help with its costs, to ensure that it’ll
still be around after this year, please visit: ...
all the information is there. Thank
you for your consideration! P.S.
If you wish to reply or comment, please don’t quote this entire
newsletter back to us - create a new e-mail to blau@viawest.net,
and always include your grad year in the correspondence. If you have changes to your e-mail address or other contact
information, please use the main menu links at www.pearyhs.org
- it’ll go a lot faster and make it easier on us - thanks!
Please try to remember to keep us posted of e-mail updates - we
have to process/follow-up on about 100 “bounces” each month, which
takes a long time to get through! This
includes accounts that have severe inbox/quota limitations and are
filled-up AND those who have AOL and have their “mail controls”
set/limited so severely that nobody can get through to you!
As most of you know, if we encounter problems with your address for
two consecutive months, your e-mail address listing is removed from the
master list and the class distributions address books.
A lot of class-specific info is distributed via these address
books. | Back to the Newsletter Selections |
