Judy Miller Ridgway <jamjar_jude@earthlink.net>
(1968) My
oldest son, David, and his wife, Dana, just announced they’re expecting
their first child. This little one is due right around New Year’s 2004!
And..... my youngest son, Sean, is getting married this September to
Tammie Beacom in a renaissance ceremony complete with kilts. “Uncle”
David Spurlock (class of 1966) is instrumental in this theme choice! Many
classmates will be attending the wedding. It’ll be held in a gothic
church in the Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania. All the grandchildren will
be in the wedding. No
new news about me... still love living in Annapolis and am becoming quite
adept at web site designing for the City of Annapolis. My “off” hours
are spent designing/making all the gowns for the wedding. Judy

(1975) How I
found out about the website? I have known about it for about three years.

(we sell new kids clothing from newborn to preteen), Occupation: executive
Assistant Spouse: Jim, Children: Jaclyn, age 8, will be 9 on July 4!
Grandchildren: Not for a long time! Memorable
Incident: I remember getting into trouble for leaving the school during
lunch. Patty Wolz, Carol
Davis and myself left each day to use the bathroom at my house because the
bathrooms were so disgusting at Peary.
We got caught leaving the school one day because we got into a car
accident on the way to my house. The
school threatened to suspend us for leaving.
I got even by turning Peary into the Health Department and
Montgomery County Schools for disgusting bathrooms with no paper products
or soap. The Health
Department and MCPS showed up a few days later with my letter in hand, and
the administrators were furious with me. They asked me why I didn’t go to them first! Since
High School: I work at a high tech company in Bethesda supporting the CEO
and the President of the company. In
addition, my family owns www.JustKidsClothing.com,
a great website for kids clothing. Future
Plans: Stay healthy and keep on doing what I am doing! Memorable
Teachers: Ask me about any other high school in Montgomery County. I spent more time at other schools than Peary.
Ssshhh....don’t tell my bosses or my daughter! From:

(1970) I
found the website while surfing the web.
Occupation: Retired DC Police Officer/ currently Mont. Co. Pub
Schls Security Assistant at Cabin John Middle School, Spouse: Lynne,

joined DC Police Dept, and spending 22yrs in the worst part of the city,
retiring in 1997. From there I drove a school bus until 2002. Now I’m a
security assistant at Cabin John Middle School. I got married the second
time in 1985, and have two boys going to Sherwood HS. Future
Plans: Since I retired my big interest has been in classic vehicles. I’m
rebuilding a 66 Mustang, like the one I had at Peary. I’m also
rebuilding and riding my 31-year-old Kawasaki 500 motorcycle that I bought
new and kept all these years. My only future plans are to finish the
Mustang, and take life as it comes. Memorable

(1965) After
serving 9 years of the Ohio Court Appointed Special Advocate/Guardian Ad
Litem Board I thought I’d have some down time and just concentrate on my
day job and home. That lasted
from November 2002 to April 2003. I
am now writing a weekly column for the Wooster Daily Record, part of the
Dix Communications Network, entitled About Kids.
I cover everything from how to help your child deal with war to how
to get help for your special needs child to whatever concerns children and
therefore their parents. After
33 years of working with children and their families and 34 years of
frontline experience as a parent, this is kind of an interesting gig. The only problem is the old adage that “an expert is
someone 50 miles from home”, and I live in the same town the paper is
based in. I
look forward to the 1965 class reunion in 2004.
Missed the last one due to a small brain tumor (now that’s an
excuse not everyone else had). Peace
and health. From:

obtaining the highest price for your home and also help you to find your
dream house! Please pass
along to all of your friends, neighbors and business associates, that I
can help them sell their home and find a new one to buy. Memorable
