RECOGNITION:
To Kimberly J. Brown for her performance in Steven King’s “Rose Red”
miniseries, which aired during the last week of January 2002 on network
television. Kimberly is the
daughter of Debbie Cilimberg (1975), and the niece of Kathy Cilimberg
(1971), Glenn Cilimberg (1974), and Laura Cilimberg (1978).

PRAYERS
& CONDOLENCES:
Our thoughts are with the following Peary alumni families.....
Mr.
Charles Wagner died on December 29, 2001. He was the father and friend to
David (1976), Chuck (1978), Chris (1981?), and John Wagner (1982).
The
daughter of Kathleen Hughes and Mike Cissel (both 1966), Meridyth, came
out of her coma (from an auto accident December 19th) on
January 9th. Meridyth
will undergo rehabilitation and will be unable to work over the next year.
Our continued prayers for speedy rehabilitation.

“The Buns” Jones (1964) passed away on February 2, 2002.

Bruce Whitten (1981) passed away on February 15, 2002.

Byron Jones (1964) passed away on February 22, 2002.

VEGAS
VISITORS:
Saw Andy Fasiska (1976) in February, and will see Kevin “KB” Brooks
(1976) in a couple of weeks. THIS
WEEK it’s Karla Muirhead Walsh (1980) and Rick Smith (1976)!!
Sorry to have missed Roy Zeidman (1978) last week—but hopefully,
Roy was able to meet-up with Coach Duane Black (now a retired local) while
here in “Sin City.” If
any of you are out this way, hey, drop me an e-mail beforehand.
THE
MIDNIGHT SUN ONLINE WEBSITE: If you
submitted an online form between February 14, 4:00am and February 20,
1:00am (Eastern times), the information was not received.
This includes all forms... updates, sign-ups, e-mail changes,
article submissions, births, kids news, etc.
We apologize for any inconvenience to our alums during this period.
The Peary/MSO site has relocated to another server, and all of the
technical problems have been resolved/eliminated.
I
failed to mention in last month’s issue—please update your address
books for contact with MSO to blau@viawest.net. The previous clark.net contact is no longer valid.
AOL users who have Mail Controls set must include the blau@viawest.net
address in their allowable recipients if they wish to receive the monthly
newsletter! (And if you do
have the Mail Controls set - how are your classmates going to e-mail
