(1964) To
60s grads: Last month we
heard from a lot of you who are interested in the Party on the Patio to be
held on April 21, 2001 and your names have been added to Reid’s email
mailing list. For those of you, who are new to the MSO, welcome aboard.
If you are interested in a Peary/Wheaton reunion of 60s grads, you
can let Reid Roberts (Wheaton ‘64) or me know.
Reid has set up and email mailing list and the first message has
already gone out to all those Peary and Wheaton folks who have contacted
him. Reid is having a patio
constructed on the side of his restaurant and if the weather is good when
we meet on April 21, we can have an outdoor cocktail party on the new
patio. You can contact Reid
at Memchhouse@aol.com or by going
to his restaurant website (www.MemoriesCharcoalHouse.com)
and clicking on the button that says “contact us.” Or you can send me an email and I will see that your address
is added to our mailing list. We’ve
had a great response so far but the more the merrier so be sure to let us
know if you are interested. There
will be no postal mailings about this event and details will be sent by
email only. You can also
visit the restaurant website and click on the section called “upcoming
events.” Even if you aren’t sure yet if you will be able to attend
on April 21, 2001, why not sign up anyway so that you will receive the
email updates and learn more about the details.
This will be a fun evening and you’ll get to see all your old
buddies from Wheaton who many of us haven’t seen since we went to Belt.
I hope we will hear from more of you this month. From:
