Memorable Incidents: When Mr. Campitell got hit by the ambulance and was killed, it was so sad

Since High School: I moved to Florida, lived in Hollywood for several years then moved to the Keys where I lived for 12 years or so, I now live in the Mountains of North Carolina

Future Plans: I have recently started College at Southwestern Community. I am working on an Associates Degree, majoring in Health Information Technology.

Just a quick note to Mark Your Calendars for Saturday, June 3^rd. The 11^th Annual National Race for the Cure will be held in Washington, DC beginning at the Monument Grounds. Goal this year is to have as many Breast Cancer survivors participate in the Race as there were total participants in the first Race in 1989! Email inquiries about joining our team “Bosom Buddies” gladly accepted - as well as info re forming your own organization’s team if desired. Too many women suffer from this disease! Do your part to eradicate it in 2000!

She has been in the hospital for almost 30 days, but has made GREAT STRIDES towards a complete recovery! She has some hard physical therapy ahead of her, but she is doing GREAT!

I found out about the website from another former student.

Memorable Incidents: 1983 Student art Fair, 1981 Winter Variety Show (when I put my legs into a knot behind my head—still can and have gotten far worse)

Since High School: Sexually explicit performance art, obtaining and discarding boyfriends, hosting sex parties and getting whipped in the dungeon, painting and selling paintings, usual stuff—

Future Plans: I want to explore holography, exhibit paintings more frequently, take my S/M scenes further, travel to Amsterdam and freak out Europeans. I also want for my activities to address social and internalized homophobia and AIDS. And I want to continue to inspire people to be themselves. Beyond my past cockiness, that’s what I’ve really always been about. That’s why I march in the Gay Pride parade out here. That’s why I keep being myself to people. I want people to be happy with who they are. Besides, I have a great credit rating and educational credentials—so, why worry about hanging out in the jail in the dungeon at the Faerie House.

Memorable Teachers: Mintie Glass—she let me make the nutty art that I did; Barbara Kanter—Psychology made accessible; Mary Drye—gave me an entire section of the library to use for my last show in 1983.

I haven’t been contacted about a reunion since the 1988 one. Have there been any? If anyone wants to fly out here for our Dadafest April 1^st, I’m doing a piece in which I will stand nude in front of the audience while I am rubber stamped. I need volunteers to either stand nude to be stamped or to, clothe optional, help with stamping I and my friends. My dominatrix friend may whip me during the stamping. So we’re S/M friendly. Of course, this is a queer friendly event. Straight, gay, bisexual, and transgendered individuals are welcome. No pay is involved, just the glory of doing performance art with me in San Francisco.
