I found out about the website from my older brother
(Dave). Occupation:
V.P. Health Communications, Spouse: Suzy, Children:
Zachary Aaron 9 and
Tyler Samual 6
Memorable Incidents: Mr. Clark messing with everyone's
mind (and the

Since High School: I attended U of Md and graduated
with a degree in
Journalism with a minor zoology. I began working as a
science writer
for a government contractor and have been in that
business for the past
15 years. In 1986 I got married to Suzy Jacobs (Whitman
'79). Suzy was
in law school when we married and she was admitted to the
bar in 1987.
Later in 1987 I joined NOVA Research Company as a science
writer and
have been with NOVA since then. NOVA specializes in
providing a range
of services (science writing, meeting planning, graphic
arts, computer
programming) for the National Institutes of Health. We
also do research
in health communication and substance abuse. In 1990 Suzy
and I had our
first child and our second in 1993. In 1993 I also
returned to school
to get my Master's in Public Communication. I graduated
from AU with my
Masters in 1995 and we moved to North Potomac that year.
In 1998 Suzy
started her own law practice with a law school friend of
hers in
Rockville near the courthouse (Oakley and Eckstein). In
1999 I was
named NOVA's (www.novaresearch.com) Vice President for
Health
Communications, which is my current position. Since high
school I have
taken up 2 new sports--golf and running--and most of my
leisure time
(when I am not playing with my kids) is spent running or
playing golf.
I saw a lot of my old friends and acquaintances at the

it was great getting caught up with what everyone is
doing. From the

interesting. Mr. ?
