(1968) My
sister, Linda (Lynn) was tragically taken home to join her other sister
Rachel and our dad on March 27, 2000.
Lynn attended Peary for her Freshman and Sophomore years.
My brother, Art Ridgway graduated from Peary in 1966 and I in 1968.
In 1968 after I graduated, dad was transferred to up-state New York.
However, lynn had many friends when we lived in Maryland.
Sadly, the person who took her life also took the life of a
beautiful mother of three teenagers.
Lynn was a Ballroom Dance instructor at The College of William
& Mary in Williamsburg, VA and conducted tours of Colonial
Williamsburg. Over the years,
she competed in many ballroom dance competitions and held numerous
trophies. Since
Art and I have experienced the loss of our two baby sisters (Rachel was
killed in February 1980), the message to one and all becomes more
prolific, love one another, be kind as no man knows what tomorrow might
bring. If anyone from the Class of 1970 might know where or how to
contact Rick Anderson or Jim Wyman, please let me know as these two fine
men were friends of Lynn’s while at Peary.
Rick Anderson also had a brother John in the class of 1966 if
anyone knows how to contact him, that too would be helpful. From:
