Since High School: My life has been busy and active with lots of opportunity for travel abroad. I have worked closely with computers and done desktop publishing privately and helpdesk support using the macintosh for a major client of GE's, plus worked for a solar power company. Currently my husband Adrian and I live on a idyllic 10 acre property that we found in Darnestown. I've put the pursuit of my undergraduate degree in Psychology on hold to enjoy living on our little farm where I take care of numerous animals. My hobby is dogs, specifically Lhasa Apso's which I show and occasionally breed. However, I am most active as the Chairperson for the Central MD Lhasa Apso Fanciers Rescue. It is very rewarding (and difficult) to help homeless animals find responsible loving homes. So anyone out there who thinks they would be interested in a small fuzzy dog should give me a buzz. Future Plans: To continue working with my Lhasa's and complete my degree in Psychology (one more year). Memorable Teachers: Mr. Clarke and Mr. Boyd for their inspired teaching and easy going, approachable attitudes. Injecting humor into learning worked well for everyone and secured a place in the hearts of all their students over all these years! I'd love to see them at the next reunion. Mr. Travers for being such a great person who was a very special friend to me. I'll regret losing touch with him forever. Ms. Dawson for being such a super teacher who's classes were always such a bright spot in my days. ********** From: Marjorie Bowser Hewitt hewittc@erols.com (1978) Date: Thu, 7 May 1998 Subject: Update I found out about the MSO from The Gazette article.
