I was in the eleventh grade in 1978-79 at Robert E. Peary High School
in Rockville, Maryland. It was my good fortune to wind up in
Mr. Warrick Hill's Pre-Calculus class. He is the best teacher
I have ever had, and a major reason why I am in a math related field.

Every day before class Mr. Hill would write a quote on the blackboard,
and every day I would jot it down. Here is that list:
