| what I've been doing since high school | Moved to Ohio in 74 to study electronics in Columbus--moved back to North Canton, OH in 76. Worked at the Hoover Co. for 4 years before getting into construction work. Started the Ironworkers Apprenticeship in 80--completed in 83--Ironworker LU #550 Canton OH. Moved down to Woodbridge, VA in 87 to work out of Local #5. In bad motorcycle wreck in Mar. 88--Moved back to NE Ohio and studied Civil Engineering at the University of Akron. Worked as an Engineer for 5 years before re-instating as an Ironworker. Currently married and living in Massillon, Ohio. Started studying antique clocks along the way and became a clocksmith with my own shop in my home. |
| future plans | I want to travel and see some of the world. Went to Europe this year on a Med cruise. I'll retire from construction in just 5 years--then I'll probably begin to travel more. |
